Delivery times

Times run from order to delivery, in working days. Every product ships from our Italian warehouse in Caserta or from our European warehouse. Orders received by 13:00 on a working day are processed the same day. Each product page shows the expected delivery date.

For products in stock in our Italian warehouse we do our best to ship within 24-48 hours. Customs take from 1 day to a few more. These are estimates: delays can depend on the courier.

Orders with products from both warehouses

We ship everything together in one parcel once all products are ready, with the delivery date of the European warehouse products. You pay shipping only once.

Shipping costs

The cost is calculated at checkout from the parcel weight and the destination country.

Italy, San Marino and Vatican City: free shipping from €99. Below €99: €6 up to 3 kg, €9 up to 5 kg, €10 up to 10 kg, €15 up to 25 kg; heavier parcels from €25 to €75.

European Union: free shipping from €200. Below €200: up to 3 kg from €17 (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands) to €23 (Eastern Europe and Slovenia); the cost grows with weight.

Cyprus and Malta: from €30 by weight, free from €200.

Switzerland: from €20 by weight, free from €399.

Rest of the world: by weight, from €30 (Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco), €43 (United States and Canada) and €68 (all other countries). Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the customer on delivery.
